Overview: This opening is for an hourly full-time Customer Service Representative for Core Products at the Osceola location. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. It is important that you are highly organized, detailed oriented, and can work effectively on your own and in a team setting. You should have the initiative to self-manage your own job functions and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities. You must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
Skills and Knowledge necessary for this position:
- Critical Thinking – Using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses or solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Clerical – Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
- Computers – Using computers and software programs including Sage 300 (accounting software) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organization, Planning and Prioritizing Work – Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish job task, functions, and activities.
