We operate 3 facilities. Our corporate office is in Osceola, WI and we have 2 additional manufacturing facilities, Chetek, WI and Toronto, ON.

Shipping Questions
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders to US states are shipped Ground from our manufacturing facility in Osceola, Wisconsin. Most orders are fulfilled within 1 business day. Deliveries to central states should arrive within 1 to 3 days; deliveries to either coast arrive in approximately 4 to 5 days.
I do not see expedited shipping on your website. What if I need my product faster?

Returns Questions
How do I return a product?
Core Products is proud to guarantee your satisfaction with every product you purchase. We want to do everything possible to make your relationship and experience with Core Products a pleasant one. To provide you with the best service and to properly process your return, we do require a Return Authorization (RA) number with every return. If you are unhappy with your product in any way, please call us at 800-365-3047 to obtain your RA number.

What size should I order?
Many of our products are sized according to body measurements. If a product comes in multiple sizes, it should be accompanied by a sizing chart.
